The Aam Aadmi Party has referred the case against rebel leaders Yogender Yadav, Prashant Bhushan and two others to its national disciplinary committee for further action.
The decision was taken at the Political Affairs Committee meeting of the party chaired by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal last evening.
Talking to media after the meeting party leader Sanjay Singh said, the two other leaders are Anand Kumar and Ajit Jha.
The move came a day after rebel leaders organised a Swaraj Samvad convention at Gurgaon in which they announced floating of a new group and also lashed out at the party leadership, questioning inner party democracy and transparency.
