Continuing its tirade against RJD supremo Lalu Prasad and his family,opposition BJP today came up with fresh expose on undeclared asset of Rs 15 Crores ofhis son Tej Pratap Yadav, Forest Minister in Nitish cabinet, who is already in thick of alleged soil scam .
Former Deputy Chief Minister and senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi told media persons here that one after the other evidences coming to light in recent past had left no doubt that Prasad and his family members were deeply involved in committing all sorts of irregularities to earn huge property misusing his influence in long political career.
“Lara Interior Private Limited in 2005 with former Chief Minister Rabri Devi and her daughters Misa Bharti, Chanda Yadav and Ragni Lalu having shares in the company,” Modi said adding that it was a clever exercise of Prasad to misuse his influence to earn huge property in the name of family members, by manipulating the provisions of law.
BJP leader said Mr Tej Pratap Yadav, the elder son of Prasad, was made Managing Director of Lara Interior Private Limited on April 21, 2010 but he had not mentioned the fact in his affidavit filed during 2015 assembly elections which he contested from Mahua constituency.
