The Union Government Friday has assured all support to the Odisha government to tackle dengue cases.
According to official sources , Union Health Minister J P Nadda spoke to the Health Minister of Odisha, Atanu Sabyasachi Nayak and discussed the dengue situation in the State.
Nadda said that his Ministry is geared up to send a team of doctors in the state to strengthen its efforts in controlling the disease.
He said, the Centre is ready to extent all assistance to the State in terms of preventive and curative measures for managing the situation in the State.
Earlier Union Minister of Tribal Affairs Jual Oram met Nadda in New Delhi requested to send a team of doctors in managing the situation.
Health Minister of Odisha informed Nadda that presently the situation is under control and he would request for the Health Ministry’s assistance when the need arises.
