E-commerce marketplace Flipkart has emerged as country’s most trusted brand and preferred online platform nationwide, according to a study conducted by research firm Red Seer Consulting.
The survey titled “The Indian e-tailing Leadership Index” is based on over 3,000 customer interviews and 6,000 delivery instances across the country. Flipkart was ranked overall number one in the study followed by Amazon, Snapdeal, Paytm and Shopclues.
Flipkart was also voted best as the platform that offers maximum value for money. Some of the other key customer parameters where it scored the highest among all e-commerce platforms in India include, customer support, ease of return, refund and reverse pick up speed.
In March this year, Flipkart crossed the landmark of 75 million registered users, making it the first online retail marketplace to reach this milestone in a single country after US and China.
