Indian Oil Corporation announced that a 14.2 kg LPG cooking cylinder will now be available at Rs 513.50 against Rs 575 from today in New Delhi.
A day after the Union Budget, Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) slashed the price of non-subsidised domestic LPG cylinder by Rs 61.50.
The price of subsidised cylinder has been cut by 9 paise. It was on February 1, earlier this year that prices of non-subsidised LPG cooking cylinder were cut by Rs 118.While petrol rates were slashed by Rs 3.02 per litre yesterday, diesel prices were hiked by Rs 1.47.
The diesel rates have been hiked for the second time this month.
