Saying that he aims to transform Indian Railways over the next 10 years, Modi said a different Rail Budget was tabled in Parliament this year. The Prime Minister further said an auction of just 20 coal blocks has fetched two lakh crore rupees due to honest intentions.
The Prime Minister also said his government treats all state governments equally, irrespective of the parties they belong to. He said NDA government will implement cooperative federalism in letter and spirit and support all states in their development.
He advocated for white revolution for milk, blue for seas, green for grains and saffron for energy revolution in the country.
