Odisha government is planning to organise an investors meet at Bengaluru on August 26 to attract investment in the state.
Minister for Industries Debi Prasad Mishra told newspersons after a preparatory meeting held here Friday to finalise the details of the proposed meet that Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is scheduled to have one to one meeting with the captains of industries at the meet.
Mishra said, as many as 51 industrialists have been invited to attract investment in IT, electronic, bio information, aviation, textiles, beverage, aerospace, defence, telecom, transport and health sector in the state.
The Minister said before the one-to one meet of captains of indusry with the Chief Minister, a medium-level interaction will be made with the entrepreneurs on August 25.During his stay, the Chief Minister is also scheduled to attend the Biju Patnaik’s birth centenary celebration being organised by the Bangalore Odia Association.
