16 February, New Delhi

The recently unveiled project of DLF5, ‘The Crest’ has been conferred ‘India’s Most Stylish Property.’ The Crest is a premium and luxurious residential 3 and 4 BHK apartment complex in DLF5 Gurugram. It is a shining example of the perfect mix of classic and contemporary architecture offering the residents a premium lifestyle experience. The award was conferred by HT Media Ltd.

Speaking on the occasion, Aakash Ohri, Senior Executive Director, DLF said, “It is an honor to receive the award. Every aspect of The Crest bears the distinct touch of the DLF5 brand – iconic architecture, immaculate design and interiors with incredible attention to detail and an obsession with perfection and luxurious living. The Crest from DLF5 is a property we all are immensely proud of.”

Visionary design of The Crest brings together timeless elements to create a single, balanced architectural statement. As far as the breathtaking landscape goes, complimenting classic design with modern innovations was the brainchild of the US-based landscape architect, Geyer Coburn Hutchins. The credit of the exquisite designing each of the six towers of the property goes to world-renowned architect Hafeez Contractor.

In the neighborhood of the exquisite DLF Golf and Country Club, six tall towers of The Crest rise up from the sprawling 8.822 acres (35701 Sq. Mt.) site with dramatic flair. The apartments’ size varies from 3000 sq. feet and 4000 sq. feet (3BHK and 4BHK) to 5000 sq. feet (penthouses).

The Crest has also been awarded the ‘Prashansa Patra’ in National Safety Council of India Safety Awards 2015. The Certificate has been awarded in recognition of developing and implementing effective Management Systems and Procedures and achieving good performance in OSH for the Assessment year 2014. The certificate was awarded by Bandaru Dattatreya, Minister of State (Independent charge) Labour and Employment, Government of India.
