Defence Minister Rajanth Singh assures govt fully committed to fulfill aspirations of students & youth

New Delhi, July 22
Defence Minister Rajnath Singh has expressed concern over the ongoing protests in Delhi, saying that the centre is deeply sensitive to the sentiments and concerns of the youth and is ready to listen and address every concern raised by students.

He alleged that some individuals are attempting to use the students and youth as political tool to serve their own political interests. Talking to media in New Delhi, Mr. Singh said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the government is fully committed to fulfilling the aspirations of students and ensuring youth welfare. He accused opposition leaders of misleading the public, particularly youth and children.

On the opposition’s ruckus in the Parliament, Mr. Singh said that the government has expressed its willingness to hold meaningful debates on every issue, but the opposition is making an inappropriate attempt to resolve issues on the streets.
