EC Announces Schedule For Bypoll To RS Seat In Odisha

Election Commission has announced the schedule for bypoll to a Rajya Sabha seat in Odisha. The seat fell vacant following the demise of Biju Janata Dal MP Kalpataru Das.
Sources in the Commission said notification would be issued on November 26. December 3 would be the last date for filing nominations.
Polling as well as counting of votes will be held on December 14.
