Saradha Chit Fund scam : CBI files fresh Charge sheet against TMC leaders

Special Investigation Team (SIT) of CBI Wednesday filed supplementary charge sheet against Srinjoy Bose, Kunal Ghosh, Madan Mitra and Naresh Balodia in connection with the Saradha Chit Fund scam in Kolkata.
According to CBI sources supplementary charge sheet has been issued against all four along with three companies conspired with Saradha Chief Sudipta Sen for offences under Prize Chits and Money Circulation (Banning) Act, 1978.
The companies are Strategy Media, Sangbad Pratidin and Bengal Media. Srinjoy Bose recently got bail from a Kolkata Court and subsequently resigned from the Primary Membership of Trinamool Congress as well as from the Rajya Sabha MP post.
The supplementary charge sheet issued against the suspended Trinamool Congress MP Kunal Ghosh, West Bengal Transport Minister Madan Mitra and legal adviser of the Saradha Group Naresh Balodia.
