Swine Flu takes toll of 8 year old boy at BC Roy Hospital , Kolkata

An eight-year old boy died of Swine flu at the B.C. Roy hospital Friday .

Confirming the fresh deaths in H1N1 , the State Health Secretary Malay Kumar Dey said that three persons have died of Swine Flu in the state so far.

Altogether, 47 persons have been affected by the diseas , he said..

Special isolated wards have been opened at government hospitals. The Health Department has issued instruction to private nursing homes to make necessary infrastructure for treatment of patients affected by Swine Flu.
