8 MoUs Sign With Top Chinese Companies

Kicking off the China leg of visit, a delegation led by Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar achieved huge success during the various meetings organised in Beijing Friday.

Haryana expects a total investments of US 60,000 dollar.

As many as eight MoUs were signed with top companies like Wanda, China Land Development Company Private Limited, ZTE Corporation, Ispur Group, FuAng De, Jiangsu Sunriding Chemical Company Limited etc.

As many as six MoUs were signed during the Investment Roadshow organised in Beijing, an official release stated.

Representatives of more than 100 top notch Chinese companies were present during the roadshow.

In his address, Khattar made a strong pitch for Haryana as an Ideal Investment Destination based on its strategic location, excellent infrastructure and supportive administrative system.

He highlighted the changes introduced by his government through various policy and attitudinal reforms in the governance mechanism through Ease of Doing Business, On Line approval system under single roof, Incentives to the industry etc.

He also invited the attendees to participate in the Happening Haryana Global Investors Summit schedule for March 7 and 8, 2016 at Gurgaon.

Earlier in the day, Chen Fengxiang, Vice Minister International Department of Central Committee of CPC called on the Chief Minister to discuss the areas of cooperation between China and Haryana.

A letter written by the Chief Minister addressed to Song Tao, Minister International Department of Central Committee of CPC was also handed over to Fengxiang.

In his letter, Tao has been urged for participation by China as the Partner Country in the Happening Haryana Global Investors Summit scheduled for March 2016 at Gurgaon who assured that he would pass on the same to the Minister and recommend participation by China in the event.
