Mulayam Praises Railway Budget

Samajwadi Party Chief Mulayam Singh Yadav Thursday praised the Railway Budget for not introducing new trains and projects.

Talking to media outside Parliament, Yadav said the Railway Minister’s statement that his government will first focus on implementing previous announcements is a good move.

He, however, alleged that the Railway Budget has ignored Uttar Pradesh adding the country cannot progress without the development of UP.

The SP chief also said his party will oppose the hike in freight rates in the Railway Budget.
