Kerala CM files defamation case against solar scam accused Saritha Nari, 4 others

Kerala Chief Minister Ommen Chandy has filed libel case against the key accused Saritha Nair and four others in the Solar scam at Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, at Kochi Friday.

In his affidavit he stated that the accused was trying to defame him with an eye on elections. The other four accused were media persons.

Few days back a Malayalam news channel had telecast a controversial letter the accused was stated to have been written while she was in Jail in which she mentioned Chief Ministers name on many occasions.The Court posted case to May 28 for hearing.
