Appeal filed in Allahabad HC seeking permission to show black flags to Modi

An appeal has been filed in the Allahabad High Court by Aam Adami Party leader and one another, asking permission to show black flags to Prime Minister Narendra Modi during his two-day programmes in the city.

AAP leader Sanjay Singh of Allahabad have filed this appeal. Earlier, an application with same demands was given to District Magistrate by applicants. Report of local information unit was called for the same but after that applicants were never informed about that.

In appeal it is stated that appellants are upset by mismanagement of the money in cleaning of Ganga, Kumbh Mela and Magh Mela, fraud in joining of Staff Selection Commission in vacancies of BSF, ITBP, CRPF and Assam Rifles and interference of the central ministers in institutions of national level. So they want to show black flags to Modi to express their rage.

It is mentioned that applicants wants to protest peacefully and would not become trouble for law and order. Demand to nullify the section 124 A of Indian Penal Court is also in appeal. Next hearing on the appeal might be held tomorrow.
