Union Minister R D Danve Resigns Under BJP’s One Man One-Post Principle

Raosaheb Dadarao Danve has resigned from the Union Council of Ministers.

Danve was appointed the president of Maharashtra BJP a few months back. He resigned from the Council under the one-man, one-post principle.

Sources say, Danve submitted his resignation to Prime Minister Narendra Modi today.The Prime Minister has accepted the resignation and forwarded it to President Pranab Mukherjee.

Danve was holding the charge of Minister of State for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution.
