PM Modi’s 3 Nation Tour To Sri Lanka , Mauritius , Sychelles From March 10

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will embark on a three nation tour to Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Seychelles from 10th of this month.

During his visit to Sri Lanka, the Prime Minister will have meetings with Sri Lankan President Maithripala Sirisena and other senior leaders across the political spectrum in Colombo.

In Mauritius, Modi will have extensive meetings with Prime Minister Sir Anerood Jugnauth to further enhance the special and unique relations between India and Mauritius.

Modi will also be the Chief Guest at the National Day celebrations in the island nation.

In Seychelles, Mr Modi will have bilateral discussions with President James Alexis Michel to strengthen the maritime ties and enhance the development cooperation.

The visit of Prime Minister to maritime neighbours is reflective of India’s desire to further strengthen the ties in the Indian Ocean region.
