Maoists slit the throat of an abducted villager in Rayagada

Left wing extremists Tuesday slit the throat of one of the two villagers, abducted from the Sapalajhola village under Muniguda Police station of Rayagada district on March 19 last.
Police said Mali Pusika and Mandu Pusika were abducted by the ultras on March 19 last. While Mandu Pusika was released by the red rebels, the body of Mali Pusika was recovered by police near his village this morning.
His throat was slit and the body was found lying in pool of blood. On March 18 last the Maoists also killed one of the three villagers abducted by them from Karlapatna area under Thumal Rampur Police station of Kalahandi district on March 15 last.
The villagers were abducted as the Maoists branded them as police informers.
