PM Modi reaches Portugal capital Libson on first leg of his three-nation tour

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has reached Portugal capital Lisbon on the first leg of his three-nations tour and will meet the Portuguese Prime Minister Antonio Costa.

The two leaders will discuss ways to further enhance the bilateral ties in multiple areas including economic engagements, science & technology, space collaboration, and people to people contacts.

The two leaders will also review the progress of various joint initiatives and exchange ideas upon the new areas of partenships.

Prime minister Modi will visit a cancer research centre and also interact with Indian diaspora at a temple in Lisbon.
