BJP National President Amit Shah to tour Odisha from September 6 to 8

BJP National president Amit Shah is scheduled to arrive in Odisha in the first week of next month on a three-day tour of the state to strengthen the party organisation in the state.
BJP in charge of Odisha Arun Singh told newspersons here that Shah is scheduled to tour different part of the state from September 6 to 8. This would be Shah’s second visit to the state in three months.
The BJP president had toured the state for three days beginning from July 4 to 6 strengthen the party at the grass root level under the ”Mo booth sabuthu Majbooth” programme and addressed the party workers and the public at several places.
Singh said during his three-day tour, Shah is scheduled to attend 26 programmes. He said a preparatory meeting for his visit will be held here today to finalise the details.
Singh said a ‘blue print’ has also been made to expand BJP’s base by organising special programmes from August 9 to 30 to reach out to people. The party has decided to organize a Mashal rally on August 9, on the occasion of the 7th anniversary year of the quit India Movement and organize Tiranga Yatra from August 10 to 14 .
Singh said symposiums and conferences would be held from August 16 to 30 as part of the campaign for ‘Naya Bharat Sankalp Siddhi’ a vision for New India. BM
