BSF Seize 18 Kg Heroin In Punjab Border After Encounter With Pak Smugglers

Border Security force seized 18 kilogram heroin after an encounter with the Pakistani smugglers in the Dera Baba Nanak Sector in Gurdaspur district near the international border in Punjab.

Price of this contraband is about 90 crore rupees in the international market.

Besides heroin smugglers also left some ammunition on the spot of encounter.

Border Security Force, DIG, N.K.Mishra told the media persons that some movement was noticed near the international border by the force personnel on duty, on shouting ,firing started from the other side. On the exchange of firing Pakistani smugglers left the spot.
