Amaravathi To Be New Capital Of Andhra Pradesh

Andhra Pradesh government is contemplating to name Amaravathi as its new capital city.

The actual Amaravathi is a temple town situated on the banks of river Krishna, some 35 kilometres from Guntur and 40 kilometres from Vijayawada.
