Former PM Manmohan Singh Moves Supreme Court Against CBI Court’s Summon In Coal Scam Case

Former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh Wednesday moved Supreme Court against CBI court’s summons to him in a coal scam case.
A special CBI court had ordered Dr. Singh to appear before it on 8th of next month in connection with the scam.
The Court had summoned Former Prime Minister along with five others including former coal secretary P C Parakh earlier this month. Dr. Singh has already been questioned by the agency twice in the case.
