Navy Airccraft Crash : Body Of Lady Officer Recovered ,Operation On To Trace 3rd Missing Officer

The body of lady officer on crashed Navy Dornier aircraft was recovered Thursday evening from the fuselage of its ill-fated that went down off Goa coast on Tuesday night.

The aircraft comprised three officers including two pilots and one woman observer. One survivor in this incident was picked up by a passing fishing boat after the incident.

Search operation is on to trace one still missing officer.

Thursday evening the body of the missing female officer was recovered from the fuselage of aircraft by the search team about 25 nautical miles south- West of Goa.

The fuselage of crashed aircraft was about 50 to 60 miles deep in sea. A board of inquiry has already been ordered to established the cause of the accident.
