Haryana Govt.To Order Judicial Probe Into Land Deals Of Robert Vadra : BJP Gen. Secy Anil Jain

27 March, Chandigarh

Haryana Government has decided to order a judicial probe by a supreme court or high court judge into the land deals of congress chief Sonia Gandhi`s son- in- law Robert Vadra. BJP`s national secretary and Haryana`s in-charge Anil Jain said the inquiry commission would be announced soon once the nature and scope of the inquiry is ascertained.

The decision has been taken after the CAG report tabled in the Haryana Assembly on Wednesday has endorsed the allegations of extending undue favours to Vadra by the previous congress government led by Bhupinder Singh Hooda costing the state exchequer nearly 42 crore rupees.

Jain said that the inquiry commission would not be limited to DLF-Vadra deal but have the scope to inquire all the change of land use done during the Hooda government.

On delay in deciding the ordering of probe, he said that government’s agenda is not vindictive, so nothing was done in hurry.
