Corona : L&T Toll Plaza Staffs in Odisha Distributed Face Masks and Sanitizers

Rourkela, April 17 :

Amid the threat of  COVID-19 Pandemic, the L&T  Sambalpur-Rourkela  Toll way Ltd.,Odisha, has launched a hygiene precautionary  campaign along its  area of operation.

As part of the programme, the Staff members of L&T Toll Plaza, Kansbaha led  by  Manager Sanat Sujat Maharana  distributed face masks, hand sanitizers among  the people of Laing Gram Panchayat, having sizable tribal population. .

In view of the lockdown , Maharana along with his staffs members Sankar Das, Barun Maiti, Debabrata Padhi and Rajkumar Jaypuria with the permission of local police, reached out to  the people and distributed hand sanitizers and face masks to over 500 families in presence of the local Sarpanch Narasingh Minz.

The Kansbahal Toll Plaza staffs  during their door to door campaign explained the people the symptoms of COVID-19  and the do’s and don’ts and to take the precautionary measures such as to wash hands regularly , to maintain social distancing  and to wear the masks while moving out in exigencies.

The members of the Toll Plaza are also undertaking the awareness campaign among the drivers and helpers of the vehicle passing through their toll gate. (Odibizinfo)
