Mumbai Court To Pronounce Judgment In 13-Year Old Hit And Run Case Involving Salman Khan

A trial court in Mumba Saturday said it would fix on Monday the date for pronouncement of judgment in the 13-year-old hit-and-run case in which Bollywood actor Salman Khan is an accused.

Sessions Judge D W Deshpande asked the defence to conclude its final arguments by 20th of this month.

Salman is accused of ramming his vehicle into a bakery in suburban Bandra on September 28,2002, killing one person and injuring four others.

He has been charged with ‘culpable homicide not amounting to murder’ which attracts ten years imprisonment.
