P Kashyap Enters Pre-Quarterfinals Of Badminton Asia Championship

India’s Parupalli Kashyap roared into the pre-quarterfinals of Badminton Asia Championship played at Wuhan, China Wednesday .

Kahyap saw off Chinese Taipei’s Jen Hao Hsu 15-21, 21-18, 21-19 in a gruelling three-game contest that lasted for more than an-hour-and-a-half.

India’s P V Sindhu, also made a positive start after missing in action due to an injury. She took just 16 minutes to dispose off Uzbekistan’s Anait Khurshudyan 21-6, 21-5 in a women’s singles match.
