IPL -08 : Match Between KKR And RR Abandoned Due To Rain,Thunderstorm, Share One Point Each

At Kolkata Sunday , the IPL match between defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders and Rajasthan Royals was abandoned without a ball being bowled because of heavy rain and thunderstorm.

Field umpires Richard Illingworth and Rajesh Deshpande took the final call after their fourth inspection at 6.50 pm.

Both teams were awarded one point each for the abandoned game.

So far RR is on the Top of the Points table with11 Points while KKR managed to get seven points. RR won five our of last seven maches. KKR has come out victorious in three out of eight matches from 8 matchs while KKR played five mathces and won three matches.
