Union Govt. To Extend More Facilities To Quake Hit Nepal : Rajnath Singh

India will provide all necessary assistance to Nepal in the wake of massive earthquake.

Talking to reporters outside Parliament Monday , Home Minister Rajnath Singh said, Prime Minister himself is monitoring the relief and rescue operations. The Home Minister said, more facilities will be extended to the Himalayan nation as and when required.

When asked about those who have been affected by the earthquake in parts of India, Singh said, his ministry is in touch with the concerned Chief Ministers of the affected states in this regard.

On the same issue, Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, people of India are with Nepal in the difficult times. Naqvi said, every possible help will be given to the neighbouring country on priority basis.
