Over 67 crore COVID-19 vaccine doses administered in the country so far

India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has crossed 67 crore 65 lakh today.
The Health Ministry said, around 52 crore vaccine doses were administered as first dose and over 15 crore vaccine doses given as second doses, so far. The new phase of universalisation of COVID-19 vaccination commenced from 21st of June this year.
The Health Ministry said, the COVID recovery rate in the country now stands at 97.45 per cent.
