In a tweet, Mr. Kovind said, this is especially joyous for Indians as the national anthem was played at the podium. He hoped that Pramod Bhagat will sustain his proven excellence.
The President Congratulated Manoj Sarkar for winning bronze medal in badminton at Paralympics. He said, this is a praiseworthy achievement indeed. Mr. Kovind conveyed best wishes that he brings more glory to the nation in the future.
