JAUNDICE AND ITS TREATMENT

Jaundice has created a havoc in western Odisha . It is due to viral hepatitis A. It is a very minor ailment. If it is not treated correctly ,it can take lives and becomes a major public health hazard .
Problem.
TRANSMISSION –Commonly Faecal-oral route through contaminated
a) Water
b) food
c) Direct from patient to person spread

TREATMENT – Take suitable Homoeopathic medicine for 3 to 4 days. It will inactivate the virus inside the body. The patient will get cured within a short period. If critical jaundice patients are being cured within some days in our clinics ,why not at the epidemic areas ? Government should take the help of the Homoeopathic colleges for solving it as this treatment is a very time and money saving process.Have our Government tried ever ?
Secondly the patient should be isolated,the utensils and daily using materials should not be used by the healthy persons.
– Use boiled water for drinking
– Take warm food
– Avoid flies to sit on foods
– Use bleeching powder to disinfect the water
– Maintain personal hygiene,e.g. washing hands before eating and after toilet.
– Always use disposable needles
– Avoid oily and fatty foods
– Drink sufficient water
