Border-Gavaskar Trophy: Australia all out for 263 runs, Indian spinner R Ashwin dominated first Test scalped 8 wickets

New Delhi, February 17

In cricket, Australia were all out for 263 runs in 78.4 overs against host India on the first day of second test match of Border-Gavaskar Trophy at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Mohammed Shami, Ravindra Jadeja and Ravichandran Ashwin were the successful bowlers for India. Shami took four wickets while Jadeja and Ashwin took three wickets each.

Earlier, visiting skipper Pat Cummins won the toss and opted to bat. India replaced Suryakumar Yadav with Shreyas Iyer for the game.

India easily won the first Test and they will be aiming for a 2-0 lead, while Australia will try to level the series. The Indian spinners dominated the first Test, where R Ashwin scalped eight wickets and Ravindra Jadeja grabbed seven.
