India to face Malaysia in final of Asian Champions Trophy on 12th August in Chennai

In Hockey, India will face Malaysia in the final of the Asian Champions Trophy tomorrow at the Mayor Radhakrishnan Hockey Stadium in Chennai.

The match will begin at 8.30 PM. India entered the final beating Japan 5-0. India opened its account in the 19th minute of the game with Akashdeep Singh finding the net. Thereafter it was India’s dominance throughout the game and it scored goals in 23rd, 30th, 39th, and 51st minute to make it 5-0.

In another semifinal match, Malaysia defeated Korea 6-2 this evening to enter the final.
