12 Killed In Explosion At Fire-Cracker Factory In West Bengal

At least 12 persons were killed and 4 others injured in an explosion at a fire-cracker factory at Pingla in West Midnapur District of West Bengal Wednesday night.
Police said, all the victims were staff members of the factory where the blast occurred shortly before 10 PM. The fire has been put out.
Superintendent of Police (SP) Bharati Ghosh told a news agency that the factory’s owner has gone missing after the incident.
