35th National Games inaugurated at Thiruvantpuram

Union Urban Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu formally inaugurated the 35th National Games at the Greenfield stadium in Kariavattom on the outskirts of the Kerala capital city Thiruvananthapuram Saturday evening.
Union Sports Minister Sarbanand Sonowal, Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy,Leader of Opposition V S Achuthanandan, Sachin Tendulkar and State Sports Minister Thiruvanchoor Radhakrishnan graced the occasion.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has given his best wishes to all the athletes participating in the 35th National Games.
