BCCI Announces team India Squad For Upcoming Series To Bangladesh , Harbhajan Recalled

The BCCI Wednesday announced the Indian squad for the upcoming series to Bangladesh which begins on the 10th of next month. Virat Kohli will captain the side for the lone Test match, while MS Dhoni will lead the team for the 3-match ODI series.

Spinner Harbhajan Singh has made a return to the Test squad after a two-year absence, while all-rounder Ravinder Jadeja has been dropped from the longest format of the game for the series. Jadeja was, however, named in ODI squad.

Paceman Mohammad Shami has been left out due to the injury he sustained in the World Cup.

Addressing media in Mumbai Wednesday , BCCI Secretary Anurag Thakur said, no final decision has been taken on the India-Pakistan series as there are many issues which need to be resolved.
Thakur also said that they are in the process of finalising the coach. He said, it will take time to pick the right option.

Test squad: Virat Kohli (Captain), Murali Vijay, Shikhar Dhawan, Lokesh Rahul, Cheteshwar Pujara, Ajinkya Rahane, Rohit Sharma, Wriddhiman Saha, Ravichandran Ashwin, Harbhajan Singh, Karn Sharma, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, Varun Aaron, Ishant Sharma.

ODI squad: Mahendra Singh Dhoni (Captain), Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane, Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Suresh Raina, Ambati Rayudu, Ravichandran Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Axar Patel, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Umesh Yadav, Mohit Sharma, Stuart Binny, Dhawal Kulkarni.
