PM Modi Has Given Corruption-Free , Transparent Govt. In last One Year : Nirmala Sitharaman

Union Commerce Minister Nirmala Sitharaman Sunday said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has successfully given a corruption-free and transparent government to the country in the last one year.

Addressing a press conference at BJP office at Bhubaneswar organized to mark one-year of Narendra Modi government, she said all the promises made in the general election manifesto will be fulfilled.

She said Modi government has successfully launched a number of pro-people and pro-poor schemes like Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, Atal Pension Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Surakshya Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Beema Yojana.

She said the government has brought transparency in coal block auction and e-auction of minerals and it is wholeheartedly working for the farmers.

Nirmala said Congress party has lost the credibility to criticize the Narendra Modi government. On the proposed Posco steel plant near Paradip in Odisha, she said it is up to the state government to decided whether they want the plant or not.
She also dismissed charges of Central neglect leveled by ruling BJD as baseless and politically motivated .
