Paris Olympics: India Wins Its Second Medal; Manu Bhaker & Sarabjot Singh Win Bronze In 10 M Air Pistol Mixed Team Event

Manu Bhaker and Sarabjot Singh Tuesday clinched Bronze in mixed 10 meter air pistol shooting event in Paris Olympics by defeating South Koreans pair of Oh Ye Jin and Lee Wonho 16-10.

With this win, Manu etched her name in the history of Indian sports by becoming the first Indian athlete to win two medals at the same edition of the Olympics. Sarabjot, on the other hand, got his first Olympic medal. Earlier, Manu won a bronze in the women’s 10m Air Pistol event.

Shuttler P V Sindhu and boxer Sushil Kumar are the only two Indians to have won multiple Olympic medals but in separate Olympic games.
