Assam Court Issues Non-bailable Arrest Warrant Against BJP Leader Subramanian Swamy

A court in Karimganj district of Assam has issued a non-bailable arrest warrant against senior BJP leader Subramanian Swamy for failing to honour a summons issued on March 19.
Dr Swamy was reportedly summoned following a complaint filed against him for allegedly saying that a mosque is not a religious place.
The court asked Delhi and Assam police to ensure that Dr. Swamy is produced before the court by June 30.
