Ministry of Coal to launch Special Campaign 6.0 on e-waste management

The Ministry of Coal will launch a Special Campaign emphasising effective collection, segregation and disposal of e-waste. The Special Campaign 6.0 will be launched between the 2nd and 31st of next month.

The Special Campaign 5.0, held from October 2nd last year to August 31st this year reinforced a strong commitment to cleanliness, waste management, and environmental responsibility. The Ministry of Coal said that the campaign yielded impressive results across all Public Sector Undertakings and field offices under its jurisdiction.
