Congress Files Complaint With ACB Against Pankaja

Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) spokesperson Sachin Sawant today filed a complaint with Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) against state Women and Child Welfare Minister Pankaja Munde for her alleged involvement in issuing Rs 206 crore tender for Aganwadi school.
Sawant met ACB director General Pravind Dixit, this afternoon and submitted written complaint to him. He stated that as per government order, for a contract above Rs three lakh, e-tender should be sought, but Ms Munde had violated the norms of government norms.
He alleged in just one day, she purchased Rs 114.27 crore ‘Chikki’ (a sweet snack) on February 11, this year. She also purchased plastic mat worth Rs 1,422 crore, one mat was of Rs 1,422, he added.
Sawant said Ms Munde is involved in Rs 206 crore Aganwadi material scam and she has allegedly gained out of it. (Eds: please pick up from earlier series).
