AAP MLA Manoj Kumar Arrested

Delhi Police Thursday arrested Aam Aadmi Party MLA from Kondli Manoj Kumar, for assaulting and beating a woman.
According to Police Commissioner BS Bassi, This is an old matter related to land fraud, questioning of (AAP MLA) Manoj Kumar is on as of now.”
Police has four FIRs registered against him on charges of cheating, forgery, instigating security forces and misbehaving with a woman.
Kumars family has alleged that police picked him up without serving him any notice.
One month ago, police arrested former Delhi Law Minister Jitender Singh Tomar in connection with the fake degree controversy.
Tomar was charged with submitting a fake degree of law as part of his qualifications while filing his nomination papers for the Delhi Assembly elections, held in February this year.
Tomar is in police custody for possessing fake law degree.
