Jagannath Rath Yatra Taken Out In Jammu

A mesmerizing Lord Jagannath Rath Yatra was today taken out in this winter capital of the state.
The Yatra was flagged off from Maulana Azad Satdium here and moved through various parts of the city in which thousands of devotees including men, women and children participated amid chants.
The Rath Yatra started with magnanimous welcome of Lordships Shree Shree Jagannath, Balabhadra and Subhadra Devi placed on the chariot decorated with flowers.
An event was organized by Shree Jagannath Rath Yatra Sanstha, Jammu.
The devotees, enroute danced and recited Bhajans in praise of Lord Jagannath.
Sweets, water and fruits were also served to the devotees, who had participated in the Yatra.
