BJP convenes Legislature party meeting at Patna Wednesday to discuss political situation

In Bihar, the BJP has called its party legislator meeting tomorrow- Wednesday at Patna to discuss prevailing political situation in the state.

Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi while talking to reporters in Patna Tuesday , said the issue of extending support to Jitan Ram Manjhi government would be taken on the day the assembly takes up the floor test on 20th February.

He slammed Nitish Kumar for what he said unnecessary dragging the Governor’s name in the on-going crises in JD(U) arising out of Nitish Kumar’s bid to down the Jitan Ram Manjhi government.
He also questioned the partisan role of assembly Speaker Udai Narayan Choudhary and alleged that he was acting at the behest of Nitish Kumar .
