Political Parties In India Protest Pak Court’s Order To Release Lakhvi.

The Islamabad Court’s order to Release the 26/11 Mumbai attack master mind Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi evoked strong reaction among the Leaders irrespective of political affiliation in India .

The BJP Friday has demanded immediate cancellation of release orders of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack mastermind Zakiur Rehman Lakhvi by a Pakistan court.

Talking to reporters outside Parliament, party leader Tarun Vijay said, it is unfortunate that Pakistan is taking an anti-India step by supporting terrorism, particularly at that time when New Delhi is trying to normalise bilateral relations. India should realise that Pakistan is not mending its ways, he said..

Reacting to the development, Opposition parties took serious exception to the release order of Lakhvi.

Congress said India must register its protest. Talking to reporters outside Parliament, party leader Rajiv Shukla said, Prime Minister Narendra Modi government should ask Pakistan not to release the 26/11 mastermind under any circumstances.

His party colleague Pramod Tewari said, New Delhi must send a strong message to Islamabad over the issue.

JD (U) president Sharad Yadav accused Pakistan of adopting double standards on terrorism.

He said, the release of Lakhvi is not possible without the support of Pakistani government. The development indicates that Islamabad favours terrorism, he said.
