India-Bangladesh QF : ICC President Mustafa Kamal Offers To Resign Protesting Controverisal Umpiring Decisions

President of international Cricket Council AHM Mustafa Kamal has said that Bangladesh will appeal against the controversial decisions of the umpire during the quarter-final match between India and Bangladesh in Melbourne Thursday .
Kamal also Minister of Planning of B angladesh said he would resign as ICC Chief protesting against the controversial umpiring decisions while talking to a Dhaka-based TV station.
Saying that the umpires have taken the field against Bangladesh, he questioned the quality of umpiring during the match.
Umpire Ian Gouch no balled Rubel Hossain in a seemingly waist-high full toss in the 40th over of the match which shocked Bangladesh cricket supporters all over the country.
