Security forces Kill Two Militants in Army Camp Attack In Samba District of J&K

Security forces killed the two militants who had attacked the army camp in Samba district in Jammu and Kashmir on Saturday. According to defence sources, the five-hour operation is over.

A group of militants attacked an Army Camp along the Jammu-Pathankot national highway in Samba district of Jammu and Kashmir early on Saturday. This was the second attack within past 24 hours after Kathua terror attack.

Defence sources said, some militants hurled grenade targeting Army establishment in Maheshwar area of Samba around six on Saturday morning. Armymen immediately took positions and heavy exchange of fire broke out.

Samba is around 35 kms from Rajbagh, where militants on Friday attacked the Police Station. Six people, including two militants killed in the Kathua terror attack.
